Since 1998 our firm has been processing and exporting horse meat cuts and offals, chilled and frozen to all markets Uruguay has been aproved to export to. Currently, doing business with EU, Japan, China, Russia among others.

Our Products
Horse meat is a kind of food with a long history and a wide variety of culinary uses. Although it has been considered largely unknown in many places, its consumption is rooted in the culinary tradition of various cultures. In addition, it has outstanding nutritional value, being an excellent source of proteins and essential nutrients for our body.
In its facilities it has a complete laboratory whose highly qualified personnel carry out the required controls, such as SSOP, HACCP and microbiological analyses. The traceability carried out in production allows monitoring that relates each product to the origin of the animals, our raw material.
